ADVANCED TICKETING
Advanced tickets required to attend any ticketed event. All tickets must be purchased online. To purchase a ticket, click on the event you wish to attend and press the “Get Tickets” button. A limited number of tickets are available per show. After you purchase your tickets, please look for your confirmation email. Please also have your confirmation email with you when you arrive.
We have a NO REFUND POLICY. You must use the tickets you’ve purchased – they cannot be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: your ticket guarantees you entrance, but choice of seats is first come/first served, so please be on-time for seating. Seating for each show begins approximately 60 minutes before the set begins. Please arrive before the show starts.
PLEASE NOTE: Food and drink will be available for most shows, unless otherwise noted. A 20% gratuity will be added to all food and drink bills. You are welcome to tip more than that.
WALK-IN TICKETS
Walk-in tickets are not available at the door. You can purchase tickets online using a internet-connected device.

VENUE
- How many people do your tables seat?
We have 3 larger tables with a 6 person maximum. All other tables are 4 and 2 person tables. Should you buy more than 2 tickets, your party may be divided to 2 tables close to each other. Call for more information. - How do I get there?
High Note Caffe is located at 1549 S 13th St., Philadelphia, PA 19147, at the Northeast corner of 13th St and Tasker St. We are one block from the Tasker/Morris Broad Street Line subway station. - Do you have a dress code?
Yes. No sneakers, no tank-tops, no t-shirts, and no shorts. - Are the clubs wheelchair accessible?
Yes, High Note Caffe is wheelchair accessible. - Can I take photographs/videos during the show?
We do not restrict photos or videos. Using flash photography is not permitted. Video taping entire performances is not permitted. - Do you serve food?
Yes, we offer a simple menu of food and drinks. See our menu for options. - Do you serve alcohol?
Yes, we have a full bar. See our menu for options. We are NOT a BYOB. - Is food or drink included in the cost of my ticket?
No, food and drink are billed separately from the cost of your ticket. Your ticket simply gives you access to the show. On occasion, we might have private events or shows that may include dinner with a cash bar. - Do you have an age restriction?
While we welcome all ages to High Note Caffe, we do not recommend bringing very young children. IDs will be checked by your server if you are ordering alcohol. - Do you have a drink minimum?
No. Food and drink are optional. - How long are the sets?
Approximately one hour long.

- How do I buy advanced tickets?
All advanced ticketing is through our website. We do not sell advanced tickets by phone or in person. For more information on ticketing, visit our Tickets page. For additional questions regarding tickets, please contact us. - Do you allow walk-ins?
Yes, but tickets must be purchased online prior to walking in. - When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 60 minutes prior to the beginning of the show. If you reserved a ticket, you are guaranteed a seat for the show. Patrons will be seated first come, first served. - I purchased tickets but can no longer attend?
We are unable to refund tickets after purchase. You are welcome to give them to a family member or friend.. - Do you offer group discounts?
We do not. - We are a large group with advanced tickets. Can we be seated together?
No. Our venue is an intimate venue and we do not recommend large parties for shows. We have 3 larger tables with a 6 person maximum. Every seat in our venue is a great seat! - I left an item behind, what can I do?
Please contact us. We will notify you if our staff recovers your lost item.

Our backline includes one Ludwig drum set with two cymbal stands & one high hat stand, and a Yamaha baby grand piano. - Is there a green room for artists?
Yes, we provide a green room for all performing artists. - Is there a dress code for artists?
